My Homework T4

For one of my homework tasks this term i had to think of a project and then complete it. I chose to create a smoothie recipe. i tested out the recipe and it tasted tropical and very fruity. I made the smoothie out of a few different fruits like pineapple and strawberries blended in with some ice so it would be nice on a hot day. this was what the smoothie looked like finished.

This is our devotions poster it is about Daniel and the lions den and how god rescued him by shutting the mouths of the lions.

Holly

Holly is a bear that has light brown on her body and white in the inside of her ears. She belongs to my best friend Alyssa aged 6 Holly has a small flower on the right side of her waist she also has a flower on her head she likes putting her paws over her eyes when she is shy she’s a hand puppet Mrs Gibson (Alyssa’s mum) came in with her on her hand. Holly loves hugs and Kisses she also has a high voice. She is also quite new she’s only 3 years of age.

I like holly because she is fluffy and she has flowers.

This term our schools topic for devotions is "God is our Provider". I chose to make my poster about nature and food. I chose to do food because I really love food. I mainly made my poster about food and the proteins, vitamins, fats and carbohydrates that are in food.

This term for homework we have been studying Ruth. Ruth is a person from the bible; she has her Mum, Dad, Naomi, Orpah,

Orpah’s husband and Ruth’s husband. 

We’ve also made a poster About anyone that we like I wrote a poster about my Mum I put in it how tall she was what her eye colour was and two really interesting facts about her one of them is that she represented NELSON at TENNIS.

Nelson English Reading Books By Renee

Our Nelson English reading books (NERB) are the books we use for reading they are fun because they give us questions and they also give us a story to read I am on reading book 5 and story two it is so fun.

Summer Tournament

On Tuesday the 26^th of March, we went to the sports tournament and played three types of games.

When we got to the rec centre we got divided into groups. I was in the B group and my sister was in the A team. We played three games . One was Ultimate Frisbee, the second one was Touch, the third was Volleyball.

My favourite game is volleyball you put your hands together and you hit the ball over a net.

Ultimate Frisbee is like netball apart from you are using a Frisbee instead of a ball. You don’t score through the net you just score in the half circle.

For Touch you have to pick the ball up and pass the ball to one of your players. If you get touched, then you put the ball down, and give it to somebody else.
