Olivia and Keilahs devotions!

                                                       Daniel is a prophet from the Bible.

Daniel was a young man of deep convictions. He knew and understood the ways of God, even in his youth. He must have spent much of his young life studying the law because he knew it well by the time he was taken captive into Babylon. Daniel knew the importance of remaining pure and undefiled, even in a culture that was saturated with pagan practices and idol worship. It was because of his love for God and his commitment to purity that God entrusted Daniel with the ability to understand and interpret.

Papua New Guinea, Bougainvillea.

Yesterday (Wednesday) Room 4 had a class sleepover.

First off we went and got our stuff for our beds and chose our spots where were going to sleep and made our beds there.

So after that some of the girls practiced for netball. I thought it would be good to practice with them. They were in a higher team than me but I still did netball with them. It was fun when we did the drills I would love to tell you about the drill but it is too hard to explain.

After that, we watched a presentation from Liam Patu and Pamela Currie.

Near night time we played spot light together. It was even more fun than the other stuff and it was really funny when Marlene was getting out of a tree which she got and she regretted climbing the tree.

After we had sausages and hot chips from happy chippie for that we had buddies to share the food and also we had drinks too.

I love sleepovers and for this one we thank Liam Patu and Pamela Currie for organising this and for Mrs Hough for letting us stay the night. Thanks Mr Matthews as well :).
         

                        Summer Tournament

Room 4 went to the Motueka Rec-centre we did three sports ultimate, Frisbee, Touch, Volleyball. For Volleyball we lost two games. That was so annoying, each time we lost, but then there were smiles on our faces. I was so happy.

Then we had to go to Ultimate Frisbee, it is so fun, I'm pretty sure we basically won all of them. On 1 of the games I got to choose who got to go on each time a team won. Ultimate Frisbee is like passing a ball to someone.

Then we had lunch mmmmmm it was nice. 

Then we went to the field which is next to the Rec-centre to get over there, theirs a bridge, we were really good at Touch, that we basically won all of them & we loved it so much that we wanted to win all of them. 

Stop demonstration.

Today I went to the stopping demonstration next to Motueka  high school there were 3 fake people with tomato sauce pack and there were 2 men in a car. The men in the car had to go different speeds then while they were driving we had to tell them when to stop one of the times they tried to stop they hit one of the fake people and all of the tomato sauce went SPLAT on the window screen it was hilarious.
